As with most settlements in M-Con territory, pretty on the outside but fairly sour underneath. Cobbled together with anything and everything available, the nicer sections hide what outsiders would consider an industrial nightmare below. Still, few can match the sheer production capabilities of an over-developed M-Con world even if traditional efficiency suffers somewhat. The initial exiles that founded their civilization spent a great deal of time merely trying to survive on old "rustbuckets," leftovers from the ill-fated Martian uprising in a nearly forgotten Sol System. By the time they settled, not even the influences of their new Trogaran allies could shake the junker mindset loose. On their shiny new ships, fresh off the line, M-Con engineers will still make alterations to squeeze every ounce of performance out of the primary systems and add extra redundancies wherever possible.
